Chase Race Report – USA BMX Derby City Nationals – Barry wins on Day 1

Louisville, Kentucky – EP Tom Saywer Park 

The Chase Pro Team headed to one of the best BMX tracks in the USA for a Labor Day weekend tradition, the Derby City Nationals. Home of the NBL Grand Nationals for year, the Tom Saywer Park track has always held the highest standard for a BMX track and with the addition of the 8 meter hill a few years back, this track maybe the premier premier Pro Track in the USA.

izaac, Payton, and Barry all came to Louisville, looking for a podium spot and a chance to win a Louisville Slugger custom Baseball bat trophy.

On Friday, Payton took to the UCI race and finished up 4th, but came back determined to be on the podium on Saturday. Well she did just that, taking a 3rd.

Saturday was also a good day for Barry, as took to the Derby City track in a furry and grabbing the DAY 1 win!

Izaac had a rough time in the main event, finishing 8th.
